ProcureAI is a state-of-the-art enterprise procurement operating system powered by cooperative, autonomous AI agents. The platform automates complex workflows such as natural language requirement extraction, web-scraping supplier catalogs, comparing vendor quotes, auditing corporate budget limits, coordinating approvals, and tracking deliveries. A real-time dashboard gives human managers interactive control and validation checkpoints.

The Problem

Traditional procurement is a fragmented, error-prone manual process involving endless spreadsheets, vendor emails, compliance headaches, and ERP bottlenecks.

Our Solution

We designed a multi-agent state machine (FastAPI & Next.js) where specialized agents collaborate synchronously, allowing users to initiate complex procurement cycles via plain text and authorize purchases with one-click dashboard approvals.
