Project Overview
Chronos Workflow (Startup Workspace) is an enterprise-grade productivity platform that serves as a single source of truth for modern squads. It combines project backlog tracking (Kanban), Slack-like real-time direct messaging and group channels, collaborative doc editors (TipTap), and a powerful sales outreach automation engine with n8n webhooks and email integrations. The entire application is localized in 10 languages.
The Problem
Teams suffer from software fatigue, scattering context across Trello, Notion, Slack, and automation tools, resulting in disjointed workflows and high licensing costs.
Our Solution
Built a monolithic Next.js 16 App Router application on MongoDB and React 19, featuring drag-and-drop Sprint boards, SWR data caching, Groq AI assistant, and a visual canvas for automated sales sequences.
Results & Business Impact
Unified startup collaboration into a single dashboard, decreased average page loading latency to under 100ms via server component streaming, and localized the product for global squads.
